William Calhoun Cassidy, IV

We are saddened to announce the passing of Mr. William Calhoun Cassidy, IV. He was born February 5, 1967 and passed away November 5, 2024 at the age of 57. Calhoun was born in Darlington a son of the late William Calhoun Cassidy, III and Sarah Altman Cassidy.

His peaceful place was the hunter's field and the fishing hole. Nature and its Creator was his source of peace in this world, and our hope is peace with that same Creator forever. In this season of gratitude, it is that hope for which we give thanks.

Surviving are his siblings, Stephanie (Mike) Henderson, Hartsville, Ryan (Erin) Cassidy, Atlanta, GA and Amy (Tucker) Norton, Blythewood, S.C.; nieces and nephews, Sarah Cate Henderson, Alfred Henderson, Finnegan Cassidy, Carson Norton and Cassidy Norton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Duard "Cecil" Altman and Irene Mims Altman and his Paternal Grandparents, William Calhoun Cassidy, Jr. and Annie "Mable" Cassidy.

A private ceremony will be held for immediate family.
