A Celebration of Life Services for Mr. William Timmy Baker age 58 will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00pm at The St. Andrews Church of God. Pastor Marion Watkins and Chaplain Allen Lynch will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the church.

Mr. Baker passed away on October 1, 2017 at his mother’s residence with his loving family by his side. He was born in Sumter, SC the son of Frances Humphries Hatfield and the late Ray William Baker, Sr. He lived in Sumter most of his life and he loved hunting and fishing. He was a an excellent painter for over 40 years.

Surviving are his mother, Frances Humphries Hatfield, Bishopville; his wife, Tammy Baker, Sumter; daughter, Amber (Eddie Truett) Baker, Sumter; sons, Calvin (Jennifer) Rogers, Sumter, William “T.J.” (Melissa) Baker, Jr., Sumter, Bryan (Meline) Douglas Baker, Tyler, TX, Adam Bryce (Nicole) Baker, Tyler, TX; siblings, Cindy (David) McArthur, Stockbridge, GA, Mark Baker, Bishopville, Elizabeth Bellucco, NY, Ann (Billy) Taylor, Sumter, Bobby (Tonya) Hatfield, Blythewood, Sherry West, Bishopville; grandchildren, Evan, Ethan, Skyler, Alyssa and Dalton; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Ray E. Baker.
