Wayne Hewitt

Memorial services for Wayne Hewitt age 49 will be held 4:00pm Friday at The Gathering Place Church of the Nazarene.  Pastor Tom McCrea and Pastor John Griggs will officiate, directed by Norton Funeral Home.  Visitation will be at the church on Friday 3:00-4:00pm.

Wayne was born in Hartsville the son of Levan and Pat Stevens Hewitt.  Wayne loved being outdoors, hanging by a fireplace on a cool night and tinkering during the afternoon.  He loved listening to all music, and enjoyed traveling.  He was a loving father, son and brother.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Levan and Pat Hewitt, Hartsville; children, Austin Wayne Hewitt, Hartsville, Courtney Lindsey Hewitt, Hartsville, Aiden Rome Hewitt, Nederland, TX, Noah Levan Hewitt, Nederland, TX; sister, Brandie H. (Jonathan) Berghorn, Hartsville; brother, Jason Miller, Texas.

He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Wayne Hewitt.
