Vivian Stives

Graveside services for Vivian Levasseur Stives, age 84, will be held Tuesday at 1:00 at the Florence National Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville. Visitation will be Monday 5-7 pm at the funeral home. Rev. Brandon Barkley will officiate.

Mrs. Stives was born in Thornton, NH a daughter of the late Rene and Mary Edith Merrill Levasseur. She was a Nurse, a member of the Ashwood Nazarene Church. She was a long time resident of the Ashwood Community. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother and loved them all very much.

Surviving are two daughters, Debra Allen, Camden and Brenda Phillips, Camden; three sons, James Eugene (Haidi) Stives, Sumter, Vincent Edward Stives, Frisco, TX and Carlton Boyce, Florida; 18 grandchildren and many great great grandchildren; one brother, Vincent Levasseur, Thornton, NH.
