Funeral services for Tincie Demby Outlaw age 82, will be held Monday at 4:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Jim Murray will officiate. Burial will be in the McBee Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and at other times at 617 Sail Club Road, Hartsville, S.C.
Tincie was born in Kershaw a daughter of the late Preston Demby and Laura Williams Demby. She was a member of Forest Hill Independent Baptist Church. She was retired from Sonoco Products Company and has worked at Wal-Mart for the past ten years. In honor of her vibrant personality we ask that guest wear vibrant/colorful attire to the services.
Surviving are two sisters, Myrtle Walters, Hartsville and Laura Noah, Lancaster; Dear friends that she considered her children, Denise (Landon) King, Graham (Ashley) Douglas, Donald Douglas and Gayle (Sam) Alexander, all of Hartsville; Graham’s children, Sullivan and Elsie Douglas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Outlaw, sisters Margie Horton and Mildred Sullivan; brothers, John Edward Demby and Joe Thomas Demby.
