Mrs. Sylvia Ann Manship Traweek age 78 went to her Heavenly Home on January 20 at her residence with her loving family by her side.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 at the West Hartsville Baptist Church. Rev. Kevin Walters will officiate. Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday 4-6 pm at the funeral home.

Ann was born in Hartsville, a daughter of the late Harvey Miller Manship and Willie C. Mozingo Manship. She was a faithful member of West Hartsville Baptist Church, a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She had a strong love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Surviving is her husband, Glenn Charles Traweek, Hartsville; one daughter Sharon (John) Hudson, Spartanburg; four grandchildren, Andrew Charles Traweek, Ava Grace Traweek, James Coleman Hudson and Matthew Charles Hudson and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Glenn Charles (Chuck) Traweek, Jr.; sisters, Carolyn Whitted, Wanda Gilbert and Nora Lee Copeland. Memorials may be made to the West Hartsville Baptist Church, 1003 West Carolina Ave. Hartsville, S.C. 29550 or Crescent Hospice, 207 A North Washington Street, Sumter, S.C. 29150. The family would like to give a special thank you to Crescent Hospice for the love and attention they gave Ann during her illness.
