Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Susie Bass Davis, age 87, who passed away July 17, will be held Thursday at 11:00 am at the Emmanuel Baptist Church. Dr. Gary Colboch and Dr. Milton G. Frazier will officiate. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Davis was born in Chadbourn, N.C. a daughter of the late Willie James & Bertha Buffkin Bass. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Wanda Moore, Hartsville, Kim (Larry) Hoffman, Florence, Rebecca Seals, Warrenton, GA; two sons, Kevin (Cathy) Davis, Hartsville, Scott Davis, Bethel, Conn.; one sister, Annie Malcolm, Charlotte; three brothers, Edward Bass, Florida, Slade Bass, Wilmington, Audrey Bass, Stanley, N.C.; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
