Hartsville, SC A service of worship and celebration of life for Susan Campbell Walters age 59 will be held Saturday, December 29 at 2:00 pm at Kelleytown Baptist. Rev. Rod Elliott, Rev. Lin Kirkman, and Mr. Travis Walters will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Susan passed away December 26, 2012 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. She was born in Dillon County, January 4, 1953, the daughter of the late Furnie Livingston and Maggie Lennie RogersCampbell. She was also preceded in death by Jackie C. Miller, Sr. of Hartsville, who reared her from early childhood. She was an active member of Kelleytown Baptist Church and a member of her circle and the Jackie Tyner Sunday School Class. She was retired from A.O. Smith of McBee. Surviving are loving husband Frank Albert Buddy Walters, Hartsville. Son, David Eugene Walters, Hartsville; Daughter, Maggie Lynnie Walters, Hartsville; Sisters, Shirley Campbell Miller, Hartsville, Kate Campbell Miller, Dillon; Brothers, Jackie C. (Nina) Miller, Jr. Hartsville, Frank Campbell and Neil Rogers Campbell, Hamer; Grandchildren, Laura Cranford and Isabelle Lewis, Hartsville; Special Nieces, Kathryn Miller and Jaclyn Miller, Hartsville; numerous sisters- in- law and brothers- in- law, nieces and nephews, all of whom were special to her. Susan was a loving wife, mother, sister, family member and friend who chose to always see the good in every one she met. She served the Lord faithfully with a gentle spirit and her many acts of kindness. Memorials may be made to the Guest House at Mcleod Medical Center of Florence or Kelleytown Baptist Church.
