Sara Severance

Hartsville, S.C. Graveside services for Sara Frances Knotts Severance, age 82, who passed away Sept. 29, will be held Sat. at 2:00 pm at the Magnolia Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Lin Kirkman will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00-12:00 pm on Sat. at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Severance was born in Lamar a daughter of the late Major & Pheriba Garland Knotts. She was retired from Evans Auto Parts as Vice President & was a member of the Kelleytown Baptist Church. Surviving are one son, Billy (Kay) Severance, Hartsville, three daughters, Debra (Ronnie) Grant, Hartsville, Janet (Don) Matthews, Florence, Sandra (Richard) Snipes, Florence, one brother, David Knotts, Sevierville, TN, 11 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, E. Hudson Severance.
