Graveside service for Ruby E. Elkins age 97 will be held at Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens in Cross Lanes, W. VA. Date and time will be announced on Monday.

Mrs. Elkins was born in Elkhurst W. VA. a daughter of the late Alfred Igo and Effie Ellen Mullins Igo. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother.

Surviving are two daughter, Eva Driggers, McBee and Rebecca Elkins, McBee; two sons, Carlos Elkins, Ridgeland, S.C. and Robert Elkins, Kershaw; two Half brothers, Joe Igo, Mississippi and Ray Igo, Florida; 21 grandchildren, many great and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Carlos Elkins; her children, Tracy Elkins, Billy Elkins, Linda Jenkins, Barbara Burgin, Opal Burdette, and Ernest Elkins and a granddaughter she raised, Debra Lynn Jenkins.
