Rosene Lyles

Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Rosene Winburn Lyles, age 86, who passed away July 31, will be held Friday at 3:00 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Bishop Mark Ensign and Ron Kriein will officiate. Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Lyles was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Allan Washington & Minnie Evie Johnson Winburn. She was retired from the Darlington County School District as Cafeteria Manager at Hartsville High School after 17 years of service. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was active in the Relief Society of the Church. Surviving are her husband of 69 years, Charles Clinton Lyles, Hartsville; one son, Mendel (Ginny) Lyles, Hartsville; Daughter In law, Agnes Lyles, Hartsville; one sister, Betty (Ray) Williams, Probo, Utah; two brothers, Cecil (Carolyn) Winburn, Hartsville, Kenneth (Doris) Winburn, Hartsville; five grandchildren, Mellette, Tripp, Avery & Scott Lyles and Sarah Lyles Windham; six great grandchildren, Allison Gaskins, Allana Ingram, Asa & Erie Windham, Harleigh & Isabella Lyles. She was preceded in death by a son, Clinton Lyles; sisters, Nessie Barrett, Marie Winburn, Beulah Revel and Bessie Braddock; brother, Charles Winburn. www.nortonfh.net
