Roland Gay O'Neal

Mr. Roland Gay O’Neal, 52, of Hartsville, passed away Saturday evening, November 12^th, 2022, while at home.

His service will be conducted at 3:00 on Tuesday afternoon, November 15^th, 2022, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Fennell officiating.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  The family welcomes friends to visit with them anytime at the home of his parents, 2741 Mt. Olivet Road, Hartsville.

A native and lifelong resident of Hartsville, Mr. O’Neal was a son of Roland Odell & Gail Jones O’Neal.  Gay was a Gamecock fan who loved fishing and spending time with his family.  He was baptized at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.

Surviving are his daughter, Brittney (Mitchell) Hall of Hartsville; grandson, Gavin Hall of Hartsville; parents of Hartsville; siblings: Randy (Kim) O’Neal, Betty O’Neal, Angie O’Neal; nieces & nephews: Stacie (Jeff) McCurmmen, Steven Cagle, Dalton (Shaira) O’Neal, Morgan O’Neal, Joseph Winburn, Tristan Winburn, Zoey Winburn, and Miah McCurmmen.
