Memorial services for Robin Steen Johnson will be held Thursday April 29th at 6 pm. Visitation will be immediately prior, beginning at 5 pm. Services and visitation will be held at the Norton Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Johnson passed away Saturday April 24, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Hartsville, SC and was the daughter of the late Mr. William Steen and the late Mrs. Kathryn Crowley Steen. She was employed in the healthcare field and helped to care for her two grandchildren as well.
Surviving are husband, Ronnie “Red” Johnson of Hartsville, one son, Tyler (Leslie) Johnson of Hartsville, two daughters, Jenna Johnson of Hartsville, Toni (Alex) Rogers of Darlington. Two grandchildren, Elliot and Tate Rogers of Darlington. One sister, Kaye (Tim) Benson of Charlotte, one brother, Laurin Steen of Hartsville. Three nieces, Morgan Benson, Lizzy Steen and Scarlet Northcutt. Three nephews, Jake Steen, Matthew Benson and Hunter Winburn.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents William and Kathryn Steen and one sister, Charlene Steen. Mrs. Johnson loved her four legged grandpups, Chaos, Hatti, Peanut, Buckwheat, and Ranger as well.
Heaven gained a true angel and those who knew her gained a guardian angel. To know Robin was to love her. She loved everyone. She was best known for being a giver. She pulled for the underdog and lived to help those in need when she could, and even when she really couldn’t. She had an infectious smile and laugh that would brighten anyones day. Robin was a human version of sunshine. She was a true blessing to so many people and touched so many lives for the better. Her love for her family and friends were unwavering and she always made you feel loved and welcomed.
