Rev. Leslie Beasley Floyd

Rev. Leslie B. Floyd went to his Heavenly home on January 11, 2024.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00pm Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Bible Truth Holiness Church.   Rev. Ryver Cook and Rev. Hazel Mixon will officiate.  A private family burial will be held at a later date.

Rev. Floyd was born in Hartsville.  The son of the late Wesley Dray Floyd and Floria Catoe Floyd.  He was a faithful member of Bible Truth Holiness Church.  He loved the Lord, loved studying the Bible.

Rev. Floyd served two years in the US Army and then attended Holmes Bible College in Greenville, SC.  He did evangelistic preaching until his health declined.

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Lorotha Baumgart, Missouri, Louise (James) Atkinson, Hartsville; brother in law, Hazel (Buck) McElveen.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Eleanor McElveen and Shelby Jean Hasting.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bible Truth Holiness Church, 5360 Indian Branch Road, Hartsville, SC 29550.
