Pastor Wilburn "Will" Lee Cline, a beloved figure in the community and a dedicated minister, passed away on July 31, 2023. He was surrounded by his loving family at his home during his final moments.

Born on June 17, 1939, Pastor Will dedicated his life to serving others and spreading the message of faith and love. For many years, he devoted himself to the congregants of Mizpah Baptist Church, where he served as an esteemed pastor. His commitment and compassion touched the lives of countless individuals who sought solace and guidance through his heartfelt sermons.

Pastor Will had an eloquent way of delivering his sermons that would captivate the hearts and minds of those who listened. His words had the power to inspire and uplift, bringing hope to those in need. His ability to connect with people through his wisdom and empathy made him a true shepherd of his flock.

Beyond his role as a pastor, Pastor Will possessed a joyful spirit that brought happiness to all who knew him. He had a penchant for humor and loved sharing jokes with others. His laughter was infectious and could lighten even the heaviest of hearts. Pastor Will's wit and lightheartedness made him a cherished companion to those around him.

In his leisure time, Pastor Will had a passion for watching NASCAR Racing. But what truly made his day complete was celebrating a victory by Kansas City Chiefs over the Bengals. To add to that joyous occasion, nothing would top having dinner from KFC.

On August 8, 2023, friends, family members, and members of the community will gather at Mizpah Baptist Church located at 3659 Jamestown Road in Camden, South Carolina for Pastor Will's services. A visitation will take place from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, allowing those who cherished him to pay their final respects. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, where his life and legacy will be honored.  Pastor Bobby James will officiate.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery, directed by Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville Chapel.

Pastor Will's memory will forever remain in the hearts of his surviving family and friends. He is survived by his devoted wife, Mildred Cline, who stood by his side throughout his remarkable journey of faith. Additionally, he leaves behind, step-children Cheryl Wolfe, Cindy Rawlings, Christy Roedersheimer, Robert Rawlings, Scott Rawlings, and Thomas Rawlings. Each one held a special place in his heart and brought immense joy to his life.

He was preceded in death by his step-daugter, Susan Rawlings
