Myrtleen Rogers Tyner

Funeral services for Myrtleen Rogers (Granny T) Tyner age 79 will be held Sunday at 4:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Jeff Sifford will officiate. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service and at other times at the residence of Andy Tyner at 2517 TNT Road, Hartsville.

Myrtleen was a long time member of Lakeview Baptist Church, Sunday School Teacher and former Benevolence Coordinator.  She retired from The Hartsville Messenger but remained active whenever needed.

She is survived by sons Timmy Tyner (Barbara) of Hartsville, S.C. and Ricky Tyner (Angie) of Quinby, S.C.    Grandson Andy Tyner (Carla) of Hartsville, S.C , Granddaughter Stacy Talbert (Farrell) of Hartsville, SC.  Great-grandsons Dylan Talbert (Brittany) of Clemson, SC, Barrett Talbert and Landon Tyner of Hartsville, SC.  Special daughter in law Dot Johnson (Randy) of Hartsville, SC.  Special sister and brother in law Barbara Tyner and Frank Tyner (Sandra) of Hartsville, SC.  She was pre-deceased by her husband Carson Tyner, brothers Buddy Rogers and Troy Rogers sisters Grace Gay and Ida Mae Boykin.
