Funeral services for Mr. William Calhoun "Booster" Cassidy, III age 68 widower of Sarah Altman Cassidy will be held Tuesday at 3:00pm at St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church. Father Bill Oldland will officiate, directed by Norton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Visitation will be held Tuesday 2:00-3:00pm at the church and other times at Stephanie Henderson's residence, 300 Warner Drive, Hartsville, SC.

Booster passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016. He was born in Hartsville, the son of the late William C. Cassidy, Jr. and Annie Gibson Cassidy. He worked in Textiles most of his life, he served in the National Guard. He was a loving father, papa and brother.

Surviving are his children, William Calhoun Cassidy, IV, Hartsville, Ryan M. (Erin Texter) Cassidy, Atlanta, Stephanie (Mike) Henderson, Hartsville, Amy Gainey, Columbia; grandchildren, Sarah Cate Henderson, Alfred Henderson, Carson Norton; sisters, Joyce (Jimmy) Flowers, Hartsville, Cathy (Tony) Brock, Charleston.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James Lide Cassidy.
