Mr. Thomas Brock

Hartsville, S.C.

Funeral services for Thomas Vander Brock age 89, will be held Tuesday at 3:00 at the Kelleytown Baptist Church. Rev. Rod Elliott will officiate. Entombment will be in the Westview Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Brock was born in Whiteville, N.C. a son of the late Tom & Georgia Jones Brock. He was a member of Kelleytown Baptist Church, an Army Veteran, was retired Truck Driver with Socar, Inc. in Florence, was a lifetime member of the Hartsville Masonic Lodge. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Surviving are his wife of 69 years, Alice Sellers Brock, Hartsville; two daughters, Cathy (Van) Hopkins, Camden and Anita Ventura, Hartsville; two sons, Tony (Kathy) Brock, Moncks Corner and Ivan Brock, Hartsville; two brothers, W. Kimble Brock, Whiteville and F. Arvil Brock, Whiteville; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Vanessa Brock Huggins, two brothers and five sisters.
