Funeral Services for Mrs. Sarah Altman Cassidy age 69 will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church. Father Bill Oldland will officiate, directed by Norton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, 10:00am-11:00am in the Parrish Hall at the church.
Sarah passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC. She was the daughter of the late Duard Cecil and Maggie Irene Mims Altman. She enjoyed life and loved to have fun. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving are her husband of 50 years, William Calhoun “Booster” Cassidy, III, Hartsville; children, William Calhoun Cassidy, IV, Hartsville, Ryan M. ( Erin Texter) Cassidy, Atlanta, GA, Stephanie (Mike) Henderson, Hartsville, Amy Gainey, Columbia; grandchildren, Sarah Cate Henderson, Alfred Henderson, Carson Norton.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Altman.
