Memorial services for Mrs. Annie Geraldine Newsom Folsom age 83 will be held Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00am at Chapel of Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville Chapel. Pastor Kathy Carr will officiate. Visitation will follow the services at the funeral home.

Mrs. Folsom passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at MUSC. She was born in Bishopville the daughter of the late C.S. and Lola Grace Catoe Newsom. She was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker with many talents, an artist extraordinaire and designer seamstress.

Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Joseph Glenn Folsom, Sr. of Bishopville; son, Mike (Cornelia) Folsom, Bishopville; daughter, Debbie Folsom, Columbia; grandchildren, Joseph (Denise) Folsom, III, Camden, Kathy (Gray) Biggins, Lake Wylie, Sarah (Carson) Folsom Cook, Bishopville, Cody Folsom, Elgin, Jenny (Patrick) McGee, Anchorage, Alaska; great grandchildren, Olivia Folsom, Will Biggins, Piper Biggins, Gillian McGee, Connor McGee, Bradley McGee; son in law, Greg (Crystal) Coleman, Elgin.

She was preceded in death by a son Glenn Folsom, Jr.
