Memorial services for John Nolan Adams age 54 will be held Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Ladell Humphries will officiate, a visitation will follow the services at the funeral home.
John passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence. He was born in Hartsville the son of Nolan Adams and the late Sarah Mildred
Byrd.
Surviving are father of Hartsville; daughter, Emily Adams, Chesterfield; son, Tyler (Heather) Adams, Cameron, NC; sisters, Marie Stokes, Hartsville, Claudette (Joey) Hulsey, Hartsville, Windy McAlister, Hartsville; brother, Thomas Adams, Cassatt; step father, Billy Griggs, Hartsville; grandchildren, Garrett, Tanna, Ember, Jax, Ayda Grae; mother of his children, Tonda Steen Odom, Chesterfield. He was preceded in death by his sister, Becky Griggs Fayed and brother, Joey Griggs.
