Mr. David Stephens

Services for Mr. David Parker (Hog Man) Stephens age 62 will be held Friday at 2:00pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville Chapel. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday 5-7pm at the funeral home.

David passed away June 7, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Bethune the son of the late Abraham Lincoln and Luvina Mildred Rabon Stephens. He was an avid farmer, enjoyed raising hogs and selling produce. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Kathy H. Stephens, Cassatt; sons, Daniel P. Stephens, Hartsville, Christopher (Chris) "Tubby" Stephens, Cassatt; step son, Leo Newman, Travelers Rest; grandchildren, Charlie Stephens; step grandchildren, Owen Weatherford, Mason Weatherford, Wyatt Weatherford, Aaron Eades, Logan Eades, Hudson Newman; brothers, William Stephens, Cassatt, Bobby Stephens, Bishopville; sisters, Jeanette Heider, Cassatt, Phyllis Wallace, Hartsville, Judy Hopkins, Bishopville.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Campbell.
