Ms. Minnie Heather Sams, daughter of Ann Blackwell Sams and the late Charles E. Sams Jr. She was born on February 13, 1985 in Hartsville, SC and graduated in 2003 from Hartsville High School.
The first born of three- she was a Daddy's girl and her Mama's world. She was a fiercely, protective sister and loved her brother and sister unconditionally. Regardless of blood relation; she was "Hea Hea" to every kid she knew.
She found her faith in the Lord at an early age and was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Hartsville, SC. Her love of the Lord helped lead many of her loved ones to Jesus.
Finding solace in the outdoors; Heather loved lake days, born fires and road trips! She loved spending time with friends rather it be a simple "country ride" or sitting around listening to music. Her favorite pastime was spending time with the ones she loved. From Tea Parties to Nerf Gun Wars- Hea Hea would do anything to spend quality time with her nieces and nephews.
Although she experienced a lot of struggles and loss in life, she was able to turn her pain into great strength, hope and love! She was always putting others before herself and was everybody's rock and soft place to land!
She was preceded in death by Charles E. Sams Jr. (Father), Hailey Jean Sams (Cousin) and Chris Davis (her first Love).
She is survived by her Mother, Ann Sams of Hartsville; her sister, Hilary Sams (John Frotten) of Cassatt, SC and brother, Chip Sams (Marcie Sumner) of Hartsville, SC. Her Aunt Vicky Huggins (Alan) of Loris, SC, Aunt Kayrina Hardee (Tony) of Hartsville, SC, Aunt Grace Caskey (Ron) of Hartsville, SC and Uncle Charles Blackwell of Hartsville, SC.
