Michael Charles Wilson

Mr. Michael Charles Wilson, 55, of Anderson, SC and formerly of Hartsville, SC passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 16^th, 2023, at his residence. 

Michael was born and raised in Hartsville, SC.  He was a creative multi-craftsman, master-mason, and stone-setter.  Mikey was loved by all who knew him for his kindness and thoughtful, quiet nature.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.  He especially loved hanging out with his beloved fur-babies, Cornbread and Daisy.  Michael was an avid Clemson Football fan and loved watching Grand Prix Racing.    

Michael was a son of Hannelore and the late, Bob Wilson, Sr.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his pride and joy, his children, Brianna (Jason Keeter) Wilson, Pierce Wilson, and Shelby (Stewart) Steele; brother, Bob (Kelly) Wilson, Jr.; sisters, Sherry Wilson and Kristina (Frankie) Nobles; beloved aunt & uncle, Chris and Carol Linnon of Anderson, SC; plus additional aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews in the U.S. and Germany. 

Mikey will be missed greatly by all. 

His memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 on Saturday morning, August 5^th, 2023, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.  The family will be receiving friends from 10:30 – 11:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
