Hartsville, S.C. Graveside services for Mary Catherine Williams, age 96, who passed away April 23 at the home of her daughter in Hartsville, will be held Thursday at 2:00 at the Lawtonville Cemetery in Estill, S.C. directed by Norton Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside and later at Mrs. Williams residence 3139 Hopewell Road, Brunson, S.C. Mrs. Williams was born June 9, 1919 in Hampton County, a daughter of the late William Jessie & Birdie Causey Youmans and was the widow of C. Woodrow Woody Williams. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Estill United Methodist Church, a member of the Joy Group at Hopewell Baptist Church and received a 50 year membership Pin from the Order of the Eastern Star, Crocketville Chapter OES 240. She is survived by her daughter, Ann (Johnie) Graham, Hartsville, S.C.; two grandsons, Darrin (Sherrie) Hayes, Hartsville, S.C. and Vic (Ann) Hayes, Chester, S.C.; three great grandchildren, Lt. Lee Hayes, US Navy, Jacksonville, Florida, Rynn and Victoria Hayes, Chester, S.C.; one sister, Jean Virgo, Fairfax, S.C. She was preceded in death by one sister, Pearl Manuel and two brothers, Causey Youmans and W.J. Red Youmans. Norton Funeral Home is honored to serve the Williams Family. www.nortonfh.net
