Martha Grantham

January 5, 1934 — June 10, 2017

Mrs. Martha Jane Grantham, 83, of Hartsville, passed away Saturday evening, June 10th, 2017, at Morrell Nursing Center surrounded by her family.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday in Savannah Advent Christian Church. Entombment will follow in the Westview Cemetery Mausoleum. The family will be receiving friends Monday evening, from 5-7 p.m. at Norton Funeral Home in Hartsville.

Mrs. Grantham was born in Hartsville, a daughter of the late Jack & Louise Atkinson Brown. She was a longtime member of Savannah Advent Christian Church, worked with Hartsville Manufactoring for a number of years, and then retired from Lee County Vocational Schools where she taught industrial sewing.

She is survived by her children: Billy Grantham of Bishopville, Ricky Grantham of Hartsville, and Kim Grantham and wife, Debra of Bishopville; grandchildren: Stephanie Gerard, Corey Grantham, Matt Grantham, Tyler Grantham, Stephen Futrell, Cody Reynolds, Sara Grantham, Zach Grantham; and 4 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.M. Grantham.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Savannah Advent Christian Church at 1948 Ashland-Stokes Bridge Road, Bishopville, SC 29010.
