View Remembrance Video Norton Funeral Home Hartsville, SC Services for Mrs. Margie Smith Grant age 76 widow of Doug Grant will be held at 3:00pm Monday at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Jim Murray and Rev. John C. Smith, Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday 3-5pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Grant passed away February 19 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Hartsville the daughter of the late Charlie Cary Smith and Lillie Leo Polson Smith. She was a member of Forest Hills Independent Baptist Church and was retired from Patrick Sportswear. Mrs. Grant was a longtime collector of all Coca Cola Products. Surviving are daughters, June Outlaw, Hartsville, Paula Rogers, Hartsville; brothers, Earl Smith, Jackie Smith, Eddie Smith,all of Hartsville, Jimmy Smith, Society Hill; sister, Helen Winburn, Hartsville. 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son,Jim Grant, sister, Ruth Huggins, brothers, Charlie Smith,Willie "Snuffy" Smithand step daughter, Lin Grant.
