Mamie Norris

Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Mamie Elizabeth Norris, age 78, who passed away October 23, will be held Monday at 3:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Becky Jones and Rev. Margaret Hicks will officiate. Burial will be in the Darlington Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Norris was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Marvin & Ruth Gray Andrews. She was a member of the Solid Rock Mission of Christ Church. Surviving are two daughters, Michelle (Joe) Herndon, Saffner, Florida and Sherry Harris, Sumter; three sons, Billy (Donna) Wallace, Hartsville, Andy (Rhonda) Wallace and David (Lorette) Womack, Hartsville; one sister, Gail Jordan, Conway; seven grandchildren, Nikki McElveen, Hartsville, Shannon McElveen, Florida, Caleb Wallace, Georgia, Travis Gray, Hartsville, Taylor Andrews, Hartsville, Daniel Wallace, Hartsville and Jennifer Andrews, Columbia. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Chester Norris, Albert Tyndall and Clarence Wallace; one son, Randy Andrews and one sister, Margaret Hall.
