Kenneth Wayne McDonald

Mr. Kenneth Wayne McDonald, 63, of Hartsville, passed away Wednesday evening, September 9th, 2020, while at McLeod Health.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday morning, September 12th, 2020, from Darlington Memory Gardens with Reverend Kitral Benton and Reverend Kenny Lynch officiating.  The family will be speaking with friends following the service at the graveside.

A native and lifelong resident of Hartsville, Mr. McDonald was a son of Sarah Josey and the late, Woodrow McDonald.  Having a love for old cars, Wayne worked with car detailing at Morrell Motor Company for 28 years.  He also loved going to church and was a member of Whispering Pines Baptist Church.

Surviving are his mother of Hartsville; siblings, Mike “Mac” McDonald, Jean McDonald, Brenda McDonald, and Gloria McDonald all of Hartsville; Michael (Allison) Sanders who was like a son to Wayne.

He was preceded in death by his father.
