Judy Hoffman Barr

Mrs. Judy Hoffman Barr age 81, went to her Heavenly Home on January 27, 2025 while at McCoy Nursing Center. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 at the Magnolia Cemetery in Hartsville directed by Norton Funeral Home. Mr. Steve Winburn will officiate. Visitation will be following the service at the graveside.

Mrs. Barr was born in McBee, a daughter of the late LaCoaste Hoffman and Cora Jones Hoffman. She retired from Textile and was a member of the Middendorf Baptist Church. She was the last of six children.

Surviving is one son, Shand (Lenette) Newsome, McBee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings; Carolyn Walters, Eunice Kissiah, Jean Bailey, Bobby Hoffman, Sr. and Nickey Hoffman.

The family would like to give a special Thank You to the staff at McCoy Nursing Center for the care which they provided for Mrs. Barr.
