Judith Flowers Welch

Judith Flowers Welch age 67 passed away peacefully Sunday morning April 30, 2023 at McLeod Health, Cheraw, S.C. She is now joined with her Heavenly Father, Family and Friends that have gone before her.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date by Family and Friends.

Judith was born in Hartsville November 28, 1955 a daughter of the late Thomas Heyward Flowers and the late Florida Segars Rushing.

 In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Tommy Flowers, Scott Rushing and a sister, Gail Flowers.

She was a proud and loving mother to her only son, Josh Welch of Hartsville; one sister, Angie Rushing Rabon; four brothers, Dennis Flowers, Deleon (Tammy) Flowers, Jay Flowers and Kenneth Rushing; A life- long good friend, Terry Welch and several nieces and nephews.
