Jacob Blackstock

Memorial services for Jacob Blackstock age 33 will be held 4:00pm Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Jacob passed away May 27, 2020 in Conway, SC.  He was born In Myrtle Beach, SC the son of Ralph Byerly Blackstock and Jennifer Lynn Oliver Blackstock.

Jacob had a heart of gold and would give anyone the shirt off of his back.  He was a gifted  musician and enjoyed writing lyrics for his music.  He was dedicated to his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his mom of Hartsville; son, Aden Blackstock, Conway; brother, Jeremy Quinn Blackstock, Conway; maternal grandmother, Barbara Ruple, Hartsville; nephew, Kaleb Blackstock, Conway; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Ralph Byerly Blackstock, paternal grandmother, Dorothy “Nanny Dot” Jones, maternal grandfather, Pete “Papa Pete” Oliver.
