Jackie Laverne Hopkins

Funeral services for Jackie Laverne Hopkins age 64, will be held Wednesday at 2:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville. Mr. Jimmy Faile will officiate. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery in Turkey Creek Community. Visitation will be Tuesday 6-8 pm at the funeral home.

Jackie was born in Bishopville a son of the late Russell Coleman Hopkins and Vima Lee Newman Hopkins. He was employed with Keith Jordan Trucking. He was President of Trinty MC and a member for 28 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was better known as D Legend Wolf.

Surviving are his wife, Vickie Jones Hopkins, Camden, one son, Jason L. (Amanda) Hopkins, Camden; one daughter Tammie Wyant, Lucknow; six grandchildren; three brothers, Bobby (Marie) Hopkins, Lamar, Richard Hopkins, Bishopville and Billy Hopkins, Sumter. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Robert Hopkins and one sister Rebecca Hopkins.
