Jackie Johnson Teal

Mrs. Jackie Johnson Teal of Hartsville, went to join her Lord & Savior in Heaven on the evening of Friday, July 15th, 2022; she was 81 years old.  

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 on Wednesday morning, July 20^th, 2022, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home with Reverend Ladell Humphries and Reverend Tim Skipper officiating.  The family will be speaking with friends following the service at the funeral home.

A native and lifelong resident of Hartsville, Mrs. Teal was a daughter of the late John A. & Myrtle Gandy Johnson.  Jackie was a true “people person” who loved working with the public in the retail business.  She loved traveling, especially going on cruises.  Jackie will always be remembered for her sense of fashion and loving her jewelry.

Surviving are her sons: Ronald (Margaret) Morris, Russell (Nancy) Morris, Craig (Lori) Morris all of Hartsville; grandchildren who knew her as “Jack-Jack:” Brian Morris, Gina (Scott) Ard, Kaylyn Morris, Candace (Travis) Crocker, Taylor (Austin) Morris Jones, Delphia Mcfadden, Lyn Lovelace; 11 great-grandchildren; special friends, Jeanette Morrell and Linda Gayle Stewart.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Teal; and siblings.
