Gloria Davis

Mrs. Gloria Davis, 76, of Hartsville, passed away Sunday evening, September 11^th, 2022, while at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 on Thursday morning, September 15^th, 2022, from Magnolia Cemetery with Reverend Dr. Gregg Boyd officiating.  The family will be speaking with friends following the service at the graveside. 

A native and lifelong resident of Hartsville, Mrs. Davis was a daughter of the late Harper Lee & Vassar Dalrymple Cross.  She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church and was owner and operator of The Junction Party Shop for 35 years. 

Surviving are her children, Alan (Lisa) Davis of Sparta, NC and Jennifer (Timmy) Griffin of Jefferson City, TN; grandchildren, Amber (Brian Gilbert) Lloyd, Dalton (Sabrina Brigman) Gainey; great-grandchildren: Lane, Eli, and Jamie Lloyd; and a brother, Bill Cross.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alfred Davis; children, Cheryl Gainey and Sandy Winburn; and a sister, Gladys Chapman.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church at 104 E. Home Ave. Hartsville, SC 29550.
