Memorial services for Glenda Faye Walters age 69 will be held Thursday Aug. 2 at 6:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home, Hartsville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the serve at the funeral home. Family will be receiving friends at 1925 Red Bird Drive, Hartsville.

Glenda Faye was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Frank A. Walters and Glennie Therrell Walters.

Surviving are three sons: Robert (Brooke) Gainey, Hartsville, Howard Gainey, Hartsville and Chad (Debra) Walters, Pageland; one daughter, Angela Elliott Gainey, Hartsville; four sisters, Wanda (Pete) Freeman, Hartsville, Pat Atkinson, Lamar, Sandra (Frankie) Powers, Hartsville and Susan (Jimmy) Steen, Bethune; two brothers, Frank Albert Walters, Jr. Hartsville and Vernon Walters, Hartsville; 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Walters; Sister, Shelia Hatchell; brother Joseph Walters.
