Lydia, S.C. Graveside services for Ernest Ray McPherson, age 66, who passed away November 21, will be held Monday at 3:00 at Mt. Elon Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the residence at 955 W. Lydia Highway. Ray was born in Bethune a son of the late Walter & Ola Norris McPherson. Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Annie Sue Mixon McPherson, Lydia; three brothers, Gary (Becky) McPherson, Lamar, Donnie McPherson, Bethune and Hazel (Janice) McPherson, Bethune; one sister, Jean (Roll) Byrd, Sumter. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Travis, Charles, Bill and Basil McPherson and two sisters, Martha Byrd and Cleola McPherson. Norton Funeral Home is honored to serve the McPherson family.
