Hartsville – Mrs. Elizabeth Kay Bradshaw, 68, passed away on Wednesday evening, October 30th, 2019, at Oakhaven Nursing Center with her family at her side.
The funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home with Reverend Chris Johnson officiating. The family will be receiving friends Friday evening, November 1st, 2019, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will also be receiving friends anytime at the residence of Eddie & Marilyn Dixon, 203 Roanoke Drive in Darlington.
A native of Hartsville, Kay was a daughter of the late Joseph Benjamin & Martha Ingram Bradshaw. She managed convenience stores for 35 years; loved cooking, and dearly loved her family.
Surviving are her son, James Eddie (Marilyn) Dixon of Darlington, daughter, Brenda (Brian) Chandler of Altoona, Wisconsin; grandchildren: April Melton, Codie Dixon, Maxie Dixon, Josh Winburn, Cherish Winburn, Howard Dixon, Little Billy Chandler, and Brittany Jordan; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings: Darrel Bradshaw of Florence, Eric Bradshaw of Greenville, Tilly Odom of Hartsville, Susan Shoemake of Tennessee, Tony Bradshaw of Santee; former husband, Joel L. Dixon of Chesterfield; sister-in-law, Linda Bradshaw; son-in-law, Andy Love; Billy Chandler and Patsy Dixon.
Kay was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tammy Winburn Love; brothers, Reverend Milton Bradshaw, Carol Bradshaw, JoJo Bradshaw, and twin-sister, Faye Donahue.
