Elizabeth Arrowood

Mrs. Elizabeth Sloan Arrowood, 81, of Hartsville, passed away Sunday morning, June 2nd, 2019, at home surrounded by her family.

A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, June 5th, 2019, in the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Arrowood was born in Charlotte, a daughter of the late John & Melba Mote Sloan.  She was very loving lady who also enjoyed playing pranks on others.  Elizabeth liked doing anything outdoors and loved her antiques.  She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Fort Lawn.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Spencer Arrowood of the home; daughters, Janet (Joel) Anderson of Fort Lawn and Cheryl (Glenn) Davis of Clyde, North Carolina; grandchildren: Aron (Kristin) Wooten, Jesse (Kristin) Anderson, Joshua Anderson, Jennalee (Andres) Jimenez; great-grandchildren: Jacob Haile, Sarah Haile, Willow Anderson, Elliot Wooten, Emmalee Anderson, and Elias Jimenez; a sister, Patricia (Johnny) Hybarger.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Reid Arrowood, and a daughter, Terea Nan Arrowood.
