Donna Marie Polston

Memorial services for Donna Marie Polston age 62 will be held at 11:00 AM Monday May 23 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home, Hartsville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Rev. Keith Allison and Rev. Donald Deal will officiate.

Donna was born June 20, 1959 in Marlboro County to the late Winford Blue Polston, Sr. of Blenheim, S.C. and Sara Nolan Harrison of Hartsville, S.C.

Donna worked as a Home Health caregiver. She was a giver. She had a big heart and would do anything to help those near and dear to her. She was an active member of Lucknow Baptist Church. Donna enjoyed working in the yard, gardening, drawing and coloring and dancing to the Temptations. She loved her family and friends. She was great at making jokes and trying to make others laugh.

Surviving are her children, Brandy Nolan (Lee), Latta, Dylan Priest (Amber), Chesterfield and Brooke Brigman (Brad), Laurinburg, N.C.; Grandchildren, Bethany Roscoe, Lamar, Skylar Roscoe, Coventry, CT, Natalie Roscoe, Latta, Bradley Brigman, Laurinburg, Reagan Priest, Hartsville, Brylee Brigman, Laurinburg and Jaxson Priest, Chesterfield; great grandchildren, Rosaliegh Smallwood, Lamar; her siblings, Winford “ Winky “ Polston, Hartsville, Donna Knight, Bennettsville, Evan Williams, Blenhiem and Nancy Jaworski, Hartsville; 8 nieces and 8 nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Cathy Long, Bennettsville and Nell Caulder, Dillon.
