Memorial service for Donna Polk Dearing age 63 will be held Friday at 10:00 at North Hartsville Baptist Church. Rev. William Vaughn and Rev. Ladell Humphries will officiate. Visitation will be following the service at the church.

Donna was born in Edison, GA a daughter of the late Thomas Marion and Lena Ruth Prater Polk. She was a loving wife, sister and loved to do volunteer work.

Surviving are her husband, Michael Allen Dearing, Hartsville; one sister, Dianna Polk, Effingham; two brothers, Tommy (Ann) Polk, New Bedford, MA and Jim Polk, Florence.
