Services of Remembrance for Dianne C. Johnson age 62 will be 3:00pm Monday at New Providence Baptist Church.  Pastor Cliff Leonard will officiate.  Burial will be in the New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Norton Funeral Home and Crematory.  Visitation will be Sunday afternoon, 3:00-5:00pm at Norton Funeral Home.

Dianne passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 4, 2022.  She was born in Hartsville, SC the daughter of the Mary Patricia Dees Steen and the late William Chapman.  She was involved with the school system for 27 years, with different titles, school bus driver, teachers aide and mentor.  She enjoyed riding her horse “Bo”.  Diane loved her many cats, she has an unconditional love for her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 43 years, Michael Johnson, Patrick; daughter, Amanda Johnson, Patrick; sons, James W. Johnson, Patrick, Austin Corey Johnson, Columbia; mother, Mary Patricia Dees Steen, Garden City; siblings, Carol Chapman, Florence, Shannon Steen, Garden City, Bradley Kyle “Jimbo” Steen, Garden City; grandchildren, Addie Grace Johnson, Jamison T. Johnson, Khloe Johnson and Teanna Michelle Johnson.
