Dianne Shoemake Wall, age 76 passed away on September 30, 2023, in Hartsville, SC.
To honor and celebrate Dianne's life, visitation and funeral services will be held on October 3, 2023, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church located at 949 N Marquis Hwy, Hartsville, SC 29550. The visitation will take place from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm. Pastor Jimmy Beck and Pastor Paul Coward will officate, directed by Norton Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
Dianne dedicated over three decades of her life to serving the community as a local realtor. She owned Century 21 Wall and Associates for many years and also worked at Brown and Coker Realty before her retirement. Throughout her career, she exemplified professionalism and integrity while assisting countless individuals in finding their dream homes.
Dianne was a loving and loyal individual who had a big heart. She cherished her family and took great joy in spoiling her grandson, Hunter. Dianne's affectionate nature extended beyond her immediate family, as she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Dianne enjoyed playing the piano and expressing herself through song. Her passion for music brought joy to those around her and added an element of beauty to her life.
Dianne is survived by her son John L. (Janie Watson) Wall, II of Hartsville; her daughter Lisa Wall of Hartsville; and her grandson Hunter Nobles of Charleston. Her love for her family knew no bounds, and she treasured every moment spent with them.
Dianne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John L. Wall Sr., as well as her father Clifford George Shoemake, mother Dorothy Hendrix Shoemake Dillon, stepfather Fred Dillon, brother,George Wayne Shoemake.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at The Retreat at Carolina Bay and nurses with Crescent Hospice for their wonderful care.
