Norton Funeral Home Bishopville, SC Memorial services for Darrold Michael Cope age 65 will be held Friday, May 2, 2014 at 4:00pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville Chapel. Rev. Craig Judd will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Darrold passed away Saturday, April 26 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. He was born in Wellston, OH the son of the late Daniel and Virginia Hayslett Cope. He was retired U. S. Air Force after serving 20 years. He was a Radar Maintenance Supervisor with the Air Force. Surviving are his wife of 37 years, Janice Prosser Cope, Bishopville; son, James (Kacey) Cope, Minot, ND; daughters, Jeri Cope, Florence, Amanda Parker, Bishopville; 7 grandchildren. www.nortonfh.net
