Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Cornelia Thompson Moore, age 88, who passed away May 8, will be held Friday at 11:00 am at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. John Park and Dr. Richard Bailey will officiate. Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 5-7 at the Funeral Home. Cornelia was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Marion Hart Tyner, Sr. and Mae Dawkins Tyner. She was a member of Morton Presbyterian Church, was retired from Belks Department Store after 26 years of service. Surviving are one daughter, Judy (James) Easterling, Spartanburg; one son, Terry (Pat) Thompson, Chesterfield; one brother, Frank (Sandra) Tyner; four grandchildren, Phillip (Elaine) Easterling, Dawn (Larry) Barnes, Ashley Reeves, Shannon (Josh) Sawyer; 10 great grandchildren,Avey Jane (Daniel) Lute, Jason Easterling, Joshua Sisco, Kelli Jane Barnes, Kayla Barnes, Landon Barnes, Tie Barnes, Abby Reeves, Ross Reeves and Jack Sawyer; 5 sister- in-laws, Nancy Tyner, Bobby Joe Tyner, Jackie Tyner, Myrtleen Tyner and Barbara Tyner. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Etheridge Thompson, daughter, Linda Joyce Thompson, grandchild, Allison Leigh Thompson, brothers, Raymond, Carson, Buddy, Rudolph, Marion and Leslie Tyner.
