Connie Woodham

Connie Brandon Woodham wife of Andrew D. Woodham, Jr. passed away peacefully on December 22, 2017. She was born on November 4, 1953 in Nashville, TN, and was the daughter of the late Thomas Gentry and Sara Ann Brandon of Nashville, TN.

Connie is survived by her husband, a son, Andrew D. “ Drew “ Woodham III (Christine), grandson, Rivers Andrew Woodham of Columbia, and sister, Suzanne Brandon, Nashville.

Connie was a graduate of Vanderbilt University and an alumna of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. She was active in establishing the Zeta Sigma chapter and in the building of a sorority house on the University of South Carolina Campus.

Interment will be held Wednesday, December 27 at 11:00 am at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Bishopville, S.C. directed by Norton Funeral Home of Bishopville. A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church in Lexington, SC, with visitation to follow.
