Funeral services for Christabell Powers Dixon age 81 will be held Friday at 2:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev.Cyrus Shoffner will officiate. Burial will be in the Darlington Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.

Christabell was born in Timmonsville a daughter of the late Charles Ellie Powers and Christine Driggers Powers.

Surviving are five children: Sandra Vest, Sumter, James Elbert Euten, Jr., Sumter, Keith Leon Euten, Seatle, WA, Linda Louise Barnes, Charleston and Jammie Carson Euten, TN; three sisters, Joan Howard, Florence, Wanda Carraway, Effingham and Janie Ham, Florence; one brother, Wade Powers, Florence; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Wallace (Buck) Dixon; three children, Henry Ellie Euten, Christopher Eugene Euten and Melissa Thompson; two sisters, Martha Ann Gainey and Janice Hancock.
