Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Charles Emery (Bo) Sams, Jr. who passed away July 25, will be held Sunday at 3:00pm at Gum Branch Baptist Church, 1504 Clyde Road, Hartsville, with burial in the church cemetery. Directed by Norton Funeral Home. Mr. Buddy Sams will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday 6-8 pm at the Funeral Home. Bo was born in Washington, D.C. a son of Charles E. Sams, Sr. and the late Linda Kelly Campbell. He was a member of Gum Branch Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Ann Blackwell Sams; His father; daughters, Heather & Hilary Sams; son, Chip Sams; two grandchildren, Zoey & Izzy McDuffie, all of Hartsville; two sisters, Kayrina (Tony) Hardee, Hartsville and Vickie (Alan) Huggins, Loris.
