Charles Atkinson

Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Charles Edgar (Eddie) Atkinson, age 50, who passed away September 7, will be held Saturday at 3:00 pm at the Gum Branch Baptist Church. Rev. Jeff Gardner will officiate. Burial will be in the Gum Branch Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Eddie was born in Hartsville a son of the late Thomas C. & Louise Hendrix Atkinson. He was a member of Gum Branch Baptist Church and the Skeebo Kelly Sunday School Class. Surviving, one brother, Michael Gene (Geraldine) Atkinson, one sister, Kathy A. Layton, two nephews, Chad Campbell, Trey Atkinson, all of Hartsville. www.nortonfh.net
