Celebration of Life service for Chad Johnson age 54 will be 3:00pm Thursday at Clyde Church of God. Pastor Daniel Poston and Pastor Russell Gainey will officiate.  Burial will be in the church cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home and Crematory.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church.  The family will be at the house of Lois Munn, 2449 Congaree Drive, Hartsville, SC.

Chad went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Monday afternoon, November 28, 2022.  He was born in Hartsville the son of the late James L. and Juanita Tiller Johnson.  He attended Clyde Church of God.  Chad enjoyed fishing, he loved tinkering with cars, he was an excellent mechanic.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Christopher Johnson, Charleston, Daniel Johnson, Charleston, Jessi Johnson, Hartsville, Luke Johnson, Hartsville; sister, Lois Munn and her husband Brandy, Hartsville; brothers, Jerry Oneal and his wife Janie, Hartsville, Jimmy Johnson and his husband Philip Bingenheimer, Columbia; nieces, Lori Wallace, Hartsville, Jami Meyer and her husband Kyle, Hartsville; nephews, Brandon Munn and his wife Lisa, Deleware, Josh Boykin, Hartsville; several great nephews and nieces; mother of his children, Sherri Johnson, special friend Hamp Wallace.

He was preceded in death by a sister Gail Gainey.
